You will need to provide us with Admin permissions in these simple steps:

  1. Open your WooCommerce shop

  2. Go to "Users" from the menu on the left

  3. Click on "Add new"

  4. Enter the required information in the fields. You could use email: help@checkoutx.com.

  5. In the "Role" field select "Administrator"

  6. Click on "Add new user"

  7. Copy the email and password of the newly created user and provide it to our support team in the live chat in our app.

Then, our team will be able to set up the Checkout X application on your WooCommerce store and will get back to you as soon as it is ready! 😊
